Phil, all is not lost in Mongolia. We have been in discussions with the intent to resolve the outstanding issues. Both Tyhee and MAC realize that the Bumbat has value, an that value is greatest when the mine is working and producing gold. It is pointless to describe ongoing discussions until there is a definitive resolution, or a reasonable expectation of one. Our latest discussions took place this week and we are not at a point to announce any resolution or reasonable expectation that a resolution is imminent. But we're talking. Dave
