Early player I use the 3web service in Calgary and have since its inception. The service is as good or better than any of them. As to busy signals, maybe occasionally but I just hit redial, the most I have had to do that is 3 times. Usually I think more a function of a hung modem than anything else. To install 3 web you require a cd which they supply (or a sponsor or advertiser). Stick it in and follow directions. (My wife says that all the time).Total time from disc insertion to surfing on the web maybe 10 minutes and that includes the time required to fill out the demographic questionnaire. The advertising banners size depends on monitor size. The larger the monitor the less space it takes up. I have a 15 " at home and a 17" at work. The 15" monitor has about 1 and 1/4 inches for advertisements. It bothers you for a couple of days and then no big deal. I like it because it sends me adds that relate to me. Molsons, a GM. dealer, cell phone dealer (Fido) etc. Proctor and Gamble (scope mouth wash)has a promo where by you can send a kiss via email to whoever you want. I sent one to my daughter in Yuma and she loved it. Anyway if you see one you like click and away you go. Sorry about being so long winded but it is a great service. There are about 125000 users in Cal. and Edm. I believe, with 300 new being added every day and that is with no 3web advertising slots on radio or tv, just word of mouth. I hear that they are shooting for 250000 users in Toronto in the first 3 months. IN THE FALL !!! Hope that answers your questions.
