I like it a lot more than Rambus, as you do, T. But everyone involved should be aware of the enormous political influence that TV Guide has. The Annenberg Family is one of the most politically powerful families in the country, ( The Kennedys get the publicity, but they are nothing compared to the Annenbergs.) Tie to that the clout of the cable barons, and you will understand that a court decision is likely to be influenced.
