OT: If you are waiting for the SEC to take some action regarding the Market Makers, don't hold your breath. Regarding my complaint to the SEC, where E*Trade confirmed one of my transactions and then 98 hours later told me it was an error, after about 30 days of deciding what to do, the SEC has forwarded the complaint to E*Trade for resolution. Doesn't this sound like the typical activity you would expect from a government agency? You file a complaint and they refer it to the organization you are complaining about to have it resolved. Makes you wonder what the SEC does to earn their pay.
