Like most other Internet Stocks - Time will tell

".... Will tank big time are far greater than the chances that SCF will turn into a multi-billion dollar company. I am waiting anxiously for a bounce."

I am sure most of us invested in SCF with our eyes wide-open. Yes, it is a risk. But most of the Internet stocks are. We all can name companies with the best pedigree , losing tens of millions of dollars, and have no chance of ever making money but are the darlings of Wall Street with multiple billion dollar market cap (e.g. I hate to pick on RHAT). In your view a company must be sanctioned by the Valley or some prestigious Investment Bank to be taken seriously. This is ridiculous. Please tell me of all the dogs that are being touted by the VC's and Investment houses as the next great thing to change our lives. According to your logic, since Mirror Image does not have 5 founding fathers with PHD's from Harvard and backing from Microsoft then it should not be in business.

Next week I will visit the Mirror Image booth at Fall Internet World '99 in NYC.
