IMO, you couldn't be more wrong about new users. The kids in elementary school today know as much about navigating the internet as most adults. My 9 year old was at a friends house the other day whose father had set up an AOL account for the family. They decided to do a little surfing. After waiting forever to try and get connected the group got frustrated and went to a friends house down the street to use their computer which has an ISDN connection to the local ISP ($20.00 a month). How many of todays internet savvy kids are going to put up with poor service, inferior content, and yesterday's technology?
