I think the Swiss politicians are as self serving as ours, & will change direction quickly enough when the wind changes. I think the moves in the one month lease rates are moving and may well move back, seems they have been rather "fluid" over the last few months. I've seen lot's of ups & downs in the lease rates from day to day. You know all to well about the quote concerning "a sample of one or two". Of the not holding the highs,After a near $50 one week move could not a pullback of $25 be "normal"? See, Henry, unlike Ole, I'm not "telling", rather, I'm reporting & asking. We can all learn more with all the cards face turned up. rh
