Bert: the relationship between LDDH and LDDI seems quite strange to me. The last LDDI 10Q (or 10K, whatever) states that LDDI is a subsidiary of LDDH, and that LDDH is a shareholder in PowerChannel. This means, theoretically, that LDDI can go under whilst LDDH goes to the moon! Also, if LDDI is merely a subsidiary of LDDH, why did LDDI talk about LDDH's ventures in the LDDI report? Any thoughts?

Also -- what kind of entity is LDDH, anyway? They are not a publicly traded stock to my knowledge.
