I have an HP-R40xi. It's a 3-in-1 -- scanner, printer, copier. I love it! It's easy to use, and prints great quality for a reasonable price - around $600 at most stores. I haven't printed a lot of photos, but have been happy with the ones I've done, and it's been very easy to use. Also, as part of the "package", you get Adobe Photo Deluxe - a "special" version of Adobe PhotoShop. It does most of what PhotoShop does, and would probably suit your needs. Betty
