PEOPLE HEROS
I'm getting ready for battle. I'm looking at the shirt MRS. BLUE picked up for me while I was gone. It is the 1999 Denver Race For The Cure T-shirt and it is a list of people heros.
On the front of the shirt it says The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Denver Race For The Cure, presented by JCPenny, National Sponsors: America Airlines, Johnson& Johnson, Ford, new balance, Tropicana, Pier 1 imports, NFL.
On the back there is a long list of sponsors. It was on this list that I found Wall Street Heros. Also in the 1999 Official Race Program for the Denver Race For The Cure, on the back of the cover page is a full page photo of the mountains I love so much. It says "Each stride brings us closer to our destination." (then in smaller letters it says) "Berger Funds is proud to join the Race For The Cure in the fight against breast cancer." Welcome Berger and God bless you.
The shirt lists other Wall Street heros who are sponsors in the Denver Race For The Cure, they are: Charles Schwab & Co, Inc., Merrill Lynch and Oppenheimer Funds. They are heros as they are helping to save lives. That's what heros do.
