After announcing a financing at .60, while expecting the imminent completion of the acquisition of Global Netertainment, the share price fell with the delay of the completion by the VSE. Rumored short sales would not have helped this scenario. The company has since repriced the financing at .40 and the share price has rebounded nicely on low volume, in expectation of a relatively near final approval from the VSE. That would turn the green light on for a PR program as well as a couple of business ventures that are rumored to be waiting in the wings. Salut, Leigh McBain
