I need a little help verifying insider purchases
and holdings. I just read that AJ Fernandez who I
think is the CFO exercised an option to buy 38,000
shares of NABI on 1/21/97. At what price did he
buy? Someone told me that his option price was
$1.03; this sounds wrong to me but can someone
please verify this?? Also, I'm told that David
Gury owns about 330,000 shares at an average cost
of $7-8 and has an option to buy at 13. Is this
accurate? One of these seems wrong to me since how
can Fernandez be buying at $1 and Gury have an
average cost of $7-8 ??? Obviously, if the Gury
part is correct, NABI is a more obvious no-brainer.
Thanks!!

P.S. Looks like double bottom at 5 7/8. Xy, what
do you say?
