KG4,

Competition and all those advertising dollars don't worry me too much. Most people will shop around for the best deal and USAB will be right up there. It's very important they get listed on the Gomez Reports.

With institutional's now on board and being on the NASDAQ I'm very comfortable buying at these levels. Call your broker and ask them to verify how many shares Merrill Lynch has, last I heard it was about 120,000. That Thompson I-Watch is a waste of time, your broker should have the current facts.

I'm not saying we're out of the woods yet. I have some serious concerns going forward, but bringing in new accounts is the least of them. Go through the latest SEC filings and read about the Earthlink deal, with the addition of the Mindspring accounts and Sprint owning 1/3rd of the action. Sprint/MCI want to go head to head with AT&T/TCI cable. I'm sure I'm getting way ahead of myself, but the possibilities are pretty interesting.

<<<Bottom line is people need to feel like their money is in the best possible place.>>> I don't know about that . . . USAB FDIC is just as good as Bank One FDIC, and once people understand that they'll put their money in the highest interest rate environment!

Time will tell . . .

PS TLindt . . . This Stock Sucks!
