Stockpro,
I knew your rebuttal was going to be of that nature before I even click to read.

It's even been stated by there own traders on how they loath a stock of IWM's stature because of the heavy volumes it can create at given moments.More suckers to rip off come into the foray, then they do their stuff and rake it in off of those poor naive pitiful souls.

My trading knowledge has told me to run for the hills when such a recommendation is issued(buy) which means there coffers are filled up with the stock, and resume dumping on the recommendation.Coming from such a shoddy establishment(Canaccord) that is likely the case.

Note, each house has there own recommendation jargon, and it's up to the investor to decifer what they truly mean.Strong buys denote that the house will be dumping some into the supposed rally and downgrades mean they will be looking to pick up a possible bargain.Accumulate is the worst, means get the hell out of the stock, they are definitely dumping.

I just find it so amusing when a brokerage house makes these recommendations. When they do,I just wish the SEC. would make it mandatory for the house to divulge how many shares they currently hold of the stock along with the recommendation.

Regards Tom.
