Shitt family and Biomass
With LOTTA Shitt, we have enough biomass to (produce enough electricity to) light up Las Vegas.
I am done with the toilets, but it is a recurring theme with DIPY.
40 yrs ago, when I was a student at Madras University, We took Toilets to villagers and asked them to use them. I bet they used them to store their valuables.
The men and children go out into the fields and do all the " "MORNING DEBTS" -Which means going out into the fields, brush the teeth with a twig from NEEM or any tree, defecate and wash THE POSTERIOR in running water in the paddy fields, jump into the wells in the fields and cleanse yourseland bathe well and go home and eat IDDLY and SAMBAR.
That is what I did (and everybody did) when I visited with my uncle in the village. Play around all day long , watch the cows come home, feed the cows and eat fresh-roasted peanuts and swap stories from Ramayana ,Mahabaratha or some such thing before bedtime. It was heaven.
In the back of the "Compound", there was a shit house that womenfolk used. No toilets. But I got a doctorate, coming from humble beginnings. |
