Since you use an alias, and theoretically no one knows who you are, were you personally notified of this lawsuit (in your real name)? If so, how did CYOE get your real name? If so, was SI subpoenaed to supply your real name? If so, did SI notify you prior to releasing your name in response to the subpoena? Thanks.
