Swoboda, Usually the next step in this scenario is an urgent need for money. The only way securies with this history can obtain money is through convertible preferred issues which are floorless and known as " Death Spiral Preferred "...The short sharks thrive on these and the shareholders 99 times out of 100 die pitiful financial deaths. There is an excellant thread on Silicon entitled Death Spirals and Zeev Hed is an expert on these and very generous with his knowledge unless he is very busy with business matters.
