Rational execs knew Atria was going to miss the quarter, so they will push for the trade to go through. If the deal goes thru Atria shares will jump. If it doesn't Rational prices will jump. Until the vote, this will be a traders market. If Rational prices keep climbing tomorrow Atria will eventually move up.
