Possible Group Project - On page 223 of the revised manual the authors note a "simple rule of thumb for establishing the start of a tornado." It is as follows: "When year-to-year growth approaches or exceeds 100%, and when quarter-to-quarter growth also is rapidly accelerating, a tornado has begun." They suggest keeping spreadsheets to track quarterly growth and other relevant information. I have set up a spreadsheet, admittedly more elaborate that that suggested in the book, that may be a good starting point for a spreadsheet model for this thread. If we can agree on a format, we can use it to compare gorilla candidates or to measure or track stocks suggested by thread participants. An example appears in the following post for - what else - QCOM.
