Looks like the shareholders who waited for the IPO are dumping early. My theory is that people put off selling shares because of impending news - forcing supply down and share price up. The increase in supply following the IPO causes the downdraft. ACTN, MKTY, RSDL, WDC, AM, and NAVR should follow the trend.
