eDollar, since I'm not very good at predictions I'll mention what I suspect. Kaufman may be expressing their thoughts based on the climate of the market as a whole. That being they see more downside yet. Or they may be liquid and hoping for more downside. Remember we have just today entered a new quarter...AND...the month of October, which is known for having a good beginning and a rotten ending. Myself...I feel if this is a correction it has approached the end. If it is Y2K related...we hold until the ball drops and the New Years day becomes just another hangover.
