[MSN and ADSL]

<<It would be nice if Microsoft began offering DMT only for MSN. They want to take over the world don't they?>>

MSN uses UUNET for its POPs (as does GTE.net), so the decision to implement
ADSL (and DMT v. CAP) lies with Worldcom/MFS/UUNET, not Microsoft.

There have been a couple of fluff articles in the Seattle local print media about
the MSFT/GTE ADSL trials. They boil down to "It's swell!"
