The company is pleased to report that it has appointed Michael Meyers, adv. dipl. tech, BA (Admin), LLB, to the board of directors, as well as appointing him president of the company. Meyers practises corporate and securities law in Vancouver, and has a wide variety of business experience and expertise to bring to the board of directors. Steven Schurman has resigned as president, and the company would like to thank him for his contributions in that office. Mr. Schurman has agreed to continue as a director of the company.
