Jim, isn't that what it's ALL about? IMO, there are just some people who, by virtue of their wiring, are predisposed to see life's "glasses" as half empty and others who see them as half full. The former will spend New Year's Eve in their basements doublechecking their stores. The latter will be in Times Square or on a ship at the International Date Line. The data are just gnats that flit through the scene stirring everyone up.
