Mike, I thought you might be interested in this point. (about Flowers) The technology and software that's causing them problems and delays is from SAP. It seems that despite some apparent appeal, the SAP software is a total nightmare to install. Over the last year or so I believe I've seen 3 or 4 companies (and I'm not looking for them) announce similar problems. All were in the process of installing SAP. All the stocks got hammered. I suspect a bearish type might want to look for companies that have recently announced that they are going to install SAP. There's likely to be a blowup before any gain. Wayne
