Is it safe to assume, therefore, that you find those members of Congress who voted to fund and support the "murderous contras" equally liable? That the blood stains their hands and reputations as well? Or was the on-again off-again dirty little war only dirty and murderous during those times Congress changed its mind about it? If so, that should take care of just about everyone currently running for President in both the Democratic and Republican parties except for George W Bush, Gary Bauer, Steve Forbes and Pat Buchanan (although Forbes & Buchanan were public Contra supporters at that time they didn't have a vote in Congress).
