Tm Bioscience Announces Senior Management Change TORONTO, ONTARIO--Tm Bioscience Corporation (VSE;TMC) today announced that effective September 30, 1999, Don MacAdam has resigned to pursue other business interests. Richard Lockie, Tm's Chairman and Senior Vice President of MDS Capital Corp., will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis. "Don has played a key role in the development of the Company and implementation of its strategy over the last two and half years. Tm is actively establishing new collaborations with industry partners and is poised to complete a number of transactions over the next several months. We thank Don for his contribution to this stage of the Company's development" said Richard Lockie. As part of the settlement arrangement, Tm has issued to Don MacAdam 1,500,000 common shares of the Company.
