margin-man, the offer is for the purchase of 1M shares. Stock price being higher could be an indication we are "in play" to see if Growth Capital will pony up more money. The past few days, we've traded around 300k/day, that makes 150k shares actually changing hands. With a request for 1M shares outstanding and only 150k available per day, you know the MMs will try to take advantage of the inbalance, so we are seeing the price increase. I would not be surprised if we see $12 next week, depending on overall market conditions. The charts are saying this. JMO.

The bigger questions are: why does Growth Capital want to buy 1M shares? Are they seeing the same value we are, even when the stock price was $20+? Why not go through a clearing house like DLJ to obtain (hell, DLJ can get them all outstanding shares if they want!)? IntereSTINK?

Holding and will add as this plays out...

Good luck to all.
