Sector, you certainly deserve to be commended for the work and diligence you put into your research. It boggles the mind to think of where you find the time for this. One thing that your charts do not show, however, is a metric which is both difficult to define and crucial in the buying process: Support. On-line and field support, specifically. What is MRV's present position on this crucial issue? How do they present such to end user organizations who, despite any transmission performance advantages that might be found in their products, would be reluctant to even begin negotiations unless their SLAs and mttr's could be met over such a vast assortment of product lines? I am not saying that no such agenda exists. And in all fairness, I really haven't given this close scrutiny in the past. Would you or anyone else here care to elaborate on this point? TIA.
