1. Last year's quarter was tax free. We will have to wait
to see this quarters tax numbers in the SEC filing.
2. Lower revenues - in addition to what you already said,
a. sale of their clinical products, which were just
basically breaking even on also lowered revenues.
b. later harvest are pushing some toxin sales into 2nd
quarter, although the good weather especially
compared to last year hurts toxin sales.
c. Two popular products are in short supply which has
caused them to ration. BTW, one of these products
is BOT B which is one of their most profitable
products. Supply problem for BOT B is that they
are waiting for licensing of the Tampa lab in
October, which is going to increase their margins
even more.
3. What's coming?
a. In the conference call it was said that they expect
$2 million in sales from BioTrace. So in the next
year I expect a 40% profit on that ie: +$800K EBITA.
b. Expect a letter of intent on a long awaited
acquisition. Maybe by the end of this quarter?
We really need this! I sure hope this deal goes!

BTW, if you haven't done so, apparently the company needs to
have you send in your proxy. It is not that there is proxy
fight or anything like that but they just don't have a
simple majority -- imagine that, stockholders are bored? :-)
