Why do you need a reason? If the chart tells you the demand stopped climbing August 25th, who cares what the reason is? Why stay in and take a $10-$15 beating? We know the earnings are good, nothing has changed. Just buy back more shares when the turn comes. By the way, check the date on the secondary announcement and lets see if it wasn't after August 25.
