RD, I think that he singles out MSFT because issue has biggest market cap among all tech companies. The funny thing is, Wharton and UC, and sure others, are using MSFT's earning and annual report as model 'clean' reports. Things should be much worse in other companies. My only worry is that history is not on our side. Accounting tricks and tricky businesses have propelled both US and Japan into long periods of bear markets. If something like that happens, we are definitely into a deep shitty recession. larry
