Field report on Zicam sales and availability, taken early afternoon 10/2/99:
Kroger, Preston/Park, Plano, TX: Labelled as a new item. 12 boxes on display, none sold. Ongoing remodeling at store may be mitigating factor.
Albertson's, Preston/Parker, Plano, TX: 8 boxes in original display, 1 sold.
Tom Thumb, Preston/Park, Plano, TX: Tom Thumb did not have Zicam on display.
Eckerd Drugs, Independence/15th, Plano, TX: Eckerd did not have Zicam on display. This is rather unexpected given that Eckerd had just about every other Zinc-based cold remedy, or at least space reserved for it, including all the Cold-Eeze products.
