Odysseus, thanks for idea on UMG. I plan to investigate more thoroughly next week. Certainly looks like stock holders will opt for cash and get a pro ration. Not quite sure from 10Q whether that pro ration will be .95T and 30.85 regardless of price of T at current levels or lower. Seems like market is pricing UMG on that basis. What is your estimate on when deal will close, I didn't see prospectus in Edgar?
If you invest in lower yield situations you might look at cexp. All clearances are in place and contingency removed. Deal should close this month.
