I appreciate your suggestion. Right now, the public relations deparemtn is working with our Web design team to implement a system similar to what you suggested. Be assured that whenever a positive Novell article appears, we circulate it to our entire sales force for them to use when dealing with customers and prospective customers. We are constantly working to spread the message to our entire audience -- customers, vendors, investors, integrators, consultants, partners, etc. -- and we fully expect our new CEO, Dr. Eric Schmidt, to spearhead that effort.

I read a lot of articles regarding NOVELL's images and Novell's products.
There are few positive articles towards Novell from time to time and they are in defferent magazines or news, people may see one but not seeing others, can you COLLECT all possible good articles once a week and issue them as a list (such as a list of www address) and put out as your HOT PRESS from time to time? I believe most people who cares about NOVELL (good or bad intention) will go to NOVELL adress's HOT PRESS to search for news but none will really check all managines or news.
In a simple way, I hope NOVELL can take the lead to gather all forces that is friendly towards NOVELL's product and images and shoot out as a united force once every week.
Too many bad publicities against NOVELL and too little action NOVELL reacts on them, so use other people's friendly opinions to go against unfriendly opinions is a fair game plan because the friendly opinions are objective and they are not NOVELL's opinion.
I don't know how much would cost NOVELL to do this but one or two people to go on all news agents should be enough.
The small cost will yield large and positive results toward the market.
Remember, a united force is much stronger than a spreaded froce.
