That chipset looks like a competitor to the Intel 810e chipset because it integrates just about everything, including graphics, Ethernet, Home PNA, and 3D sound.

Of course, the integrated graphics on SiS chipsets have demonstrated horrible performance in the past. Even the 810, not exactly a paragon of performance, was found to be faster than SiS' original integrated chipset. I doubt that things have drastically changed this time.
