The article misses the most important reasons for investing in INTC:

1)Intel has made massive investments in chip manufacturing technology over the last couple of years. It is now the lowest cost manufacturer of chips with massive state of the art capacity and a huge capacity shortage coming up.

2)With Video and high bandwidth connections coming up, celeron and low end chips will simply not be able to keep up.
