Hi DW, Yeah, it's been awhile, good to hear from you. But it was kind of nice to take the Summer off from staring at this screen and CNBC all day. I imagine like us that there are a lot of others out there watching the price ready to jump back in. Keep us appraised of your assessment. I'm feeling a little older, smarter and wiser this time around. Well, at least older. I think during the last big drop I must have bought in about ten different times thinking each was the bottom, and got killed each time. This time I'm not near as anxious to buy. Especially with October being here. But I think we're coming into good buying territory here. Steve
