Something else to consider... Many PM mutual funds hold/held both FN and EN. After the merger a couple of weeks ago, these funds hold over 10% of their money in FN. There might be some selling there to rebalance. An example of a total joke of a PM fund... Cambridge PM (Sagit)...check out its top 10 holdings
