For today's exercise, the longs are hereby requested to calculate the fully diluted outstanding shares on an as if converted basis. Please show you math and calculate the amount with one percent accuracy or better based upon Friday's closing price.

Newbies need to know the mechanics and I think it is your duty to show them how tough/easy it is and what the true number is. You have till Monday at the open....
