As for Peter Brown who reported the bogus IBM report, I see him listed on the Electronic News website: Peter Brown Assistant Managing Editor, Consumer Electronics pbrown@cahners.com 408.345.4441 But I searched for his reports and didn't find anything since July 12. So perhaps he has been promoted from reporter to Assistant Managing Editor. Notice his email and phone number. Please direct any future complaints to him, not me. kz, i appreciate the detail...feel free to ignore my posts...many do. i do not expect you to respond...but i assure you that all of my friends will be appalled to learn that reporting ibm's dropping rmbs, only to be corrected a few days later by ibm stating that they will not only use rambus but they will produce it, resulted in a promotion. of course it makes a lot of sense if you were short rmbs. unclewest i understand your wanting to relax...would you like to go fishing with us? (serious ?)
