CAML: active trading at 9 CENTS today...How low can it go?
I remember when Caml was riding high at an inflated and ridiculous $7.85. Published interviews said that when DW was asked about his past consisting of running numerous companies into bankruptsy while performing hostile take overs to accomplish his business of selling shell companies to help those with enough money to circumvent SEC rules, he stated something along the lines of...All that was years
ago,( it wasn't) we need to think about today. It is the stock price that is really important.
Well it looks like history is repeating itself as it seems to do with great regularity in cases like this. It is the stock price that is what reflects what people think about the management practices, corporate performance, AND potential for any company. In this sense DW was right. I guess this means that it is pretty clear what people think about CAMLs management capabilities today. I wonder what he would say if interviewed now?
I would be real careful doing anything with any stock even remotely connected with this group of people. It is just liable to bite you regardless of how you play it!
BTW Jonathan. Intel's phone app has a bare bones interface... BUT the voice quality is good, it connects easily and reliably,it is H 323 compliant, has a small memory footprint, doesn't take up much room on a HDD, and it maintains the highest video frame rate, while transmitting audio, of any of the apps that I have tried (around 35)! If one is not looking for numerous bells and whistles, meaning they just want to do voice and video using IP, and has limited memory and disk space, it might be the best application going (if you have a Pentium class processor). |
