That is the million dollar question, and I mean that literally. Questec
has come out with great news and very significant alliances and
developments over the past 12 months. I don't know what anyone's
expectations are for earnings, this company is in a major ramp up for
baseball, that means heavy expenditures for in-stadium cable
infrastructure, equipment, and hardware purchases. They are also
aggressively developing technology for new sports.

The key for Questec is market positioning in the emerging industry of
digital media convergence. One thing is clear, Questec's technology was
a little ahead of it's time. The company has field proven and market
accepted technology content. It has numerous revenue streams emerging
from television, in-stadium entertainment, interactive television,
internet web casting, and now with it's Siscom relationship, data
management, video indexing, as well as team development and player
evaluation. This company has quietly positioned itself as the
industries leader in sports technology enablement. That is the
principle of their eSports technology. They are the only commercial
application for mainstream professional sports telemetry. They aren't
speaking about what they plan to do, they are doing it.

The biggest dilemma for Questec is that they are an OTC BB company. One
only has to look at the money raised this year by QKKA to begin to get
an idea of where this company is going. You only need to look at the
burn rate of QKKA, PVII, IHTL, IATV, Orad and SporTVision to realize
that Questec has mastered the formula for survival, growth and success.
Robust technology, outsourced developmental risk, system integration as
a matter of principle not concept, control over distribution, recurring
revenue stream, multiple revenue streams and a strong US and European
industry presence. Questec has aligned itself with key partner
relationships, developed key clients in their target markets and
produced successful productions world wide to establish and build the
Questec brand name. The industry knows who this company is, it is only
a matter of time before the street catches on as well.

As an OTC BB company, Questec must suffer with the restrictive rules
levied by the NASD against penny stocks. NO BROKER SOLICITATION! This
means that no brokerage firm can allow their retail sales force (stock
brokers) recommend this stock to their clients. This company as do
other low priced BB companies has to rely on news and accomplishments to
slowly establish shareholder awareness. What I like best about this
company is that they speak when they have something important to say.
Their focus is on business development, not stock price pumping.

Watch, listen and learn, you'll see this stock above $2.00 long before
they ever post 1 cent of earnings. When will that be, I don't know, but
$0.50 has proven to be the entry point for this stock not the exit
level. The chart shows a solid foundation here. Some investors still
view this company as a one product, single technology company. That was
true for a while, this company lived and died around the baseball
season. This is not the case any longer, "its not just for baseball
anymore".

Don't look for single events to drive the stock, look at the long term
business trend and product, partner and client relationships. They are
unfolding right before your eyes. The company's web site is a great
source for the big picture. Read the past twelve months of press
releases, note who the key players are, watch their technology on
television or on the web. If you like what you see and you are
comfortable, tell a friend, hell tell two. Read and post on this
thread, spread the word. If you invest, invest for the future, not for
an event oriented pop. Yes these pops do happen, but I know of no one
who can play that game well or for long.

Go Questec.
