Three weeks ago I suggested a private placement when I spoke to Mark, but he seemed confident that financing was finally in place. If this is such a great deal, why isn't anyone interested? To me the deal seems too good to be true. My question - has an extension been negotiated? If no, why bother trying to raise money? If so, lets get it on anddto a placement! I would be happy to participate, as I am sure many of you would. Meanwhile, I am extremely disappointed at management's ability to get financing. It seems that they get to the closing table, only to be shut down. Good management plans for all eventualities, especially when dealing with the rogues typically associated with small cap exploration companies. Another question - is financing available if management steps down and relinquished control? I thought that this was what the financiers were looking for a few months ago.
