AG you are so dull that a response I posted on June 25, 1999 is still applicable, so I'm reposting it. I'll post it again in another three months if you still haven't bothered to upgrade your understanding of ASTN. A year from now I'll still be posting the same unless you get some new material. BTW the # of fully diluted shares depends on the conversion price of the convertible so you have framed a question so that it cannot be answered correctly. Gee, I thought those sophisticated tactics went out with high school debate teams.

<<AG, you and Mr Seuss have had some real points about the downside potential here. (Since about $7 or so) You lose credibility with those of us who know, when you attempt to confuse sellers of unregistered stock with real insiders' sales.

Do you believe this board influences the market that much?

You have shown in your posts and replies that you are sophisticated enough to know the difference between a form 144 and a form 4 sale. And you must know that people or trusts that invest in private placements often have a rule to "triple and out" or similar because of the degree of risk that they incur.

Your arguments against the successes of ASTN have at best been specious and wandering. I guess, to you, these are sound arguments or you would not put money on them. I don't want to stop you from posting, I like hearing the best argument to not own a stock I'm long in.

I'm just asking you to upgrade the quality of your arguments, the 144 filings are too weak. Please convince me that this is a P&D.

Respectfully,

Zebra>>
