I suggest you peruse the S-1 filing if you want the specific details. However, this article does mention it. zdii.com Those items you mentioned are not good comparisons. VIXL offered them money to stay with their product because SUNW was tired of the high failure rate. It is not like they were offering them stock to lure their business in the first place, but in fact to keep it. GG
