There are several incorrect statements in your post:

1. ANCR offered UP to 1.5 million warrants to SUNW.
2. For SUNW to obtain them all, they had to buy $100,000,000
in Ancor switches within 3 years.
3. In contrast, the warrants provided to SUNW by VIXEL did NOT
require any purchase of Vixel product but were given to make right
the delivery to SUNW of unreliable VIXEL hardware.
