Bill pay works like a charm. I too paid a few bill last month to test the service. Setting up merchants is easy, and bills were paid on-time. Some merchants can be paid 2 business days in advance, others 5. I think other services require scheduling payments 5 days before they are due. I just paid this months bills in 10 minutes online. Saved me and my wife an hour this week. Will be automatically depositing my paycheck next and getting 5% APR on checking and savings. No strings attached. If anyone has problems with customer service post them here and send suggestions to USAB. So far they have been very helpful and responsive, via email, phone and 24/7 live agent. I have no complaints. One account at a time. I like that. Michael
