Iteresting guess Janice. I was reviewing many oil production companies and none of their financial reports indicated that they were covering promissory notes for production. I did note that promissory notes are written by insurance companies. It is possible that a promissory note can be underwritten for nearly anything. Someone for instance (hypothetically) lease oil reserves and sell promissory notes on future production. They would be selling a portion of future production. Today I did see companies selling promissory notes for planned endeavors. They were related to the company rather than strict production.

Very confusing stuff. It should have be outlined in specifics by HITT as the statements are made to enhance the LFT/HITT deal.
