The share price dropped for the first time under $1 - momentarily went to 15/16. This could be a problem. If it drops under $1, the stock can be de-listed.

SSII's next earnings report is not due out until 5/7. It is for 3Q '97.

So, the company's under-writer (Boston Group) had financial difficulties, and SSII stock plunged, never recovering. Even though nothing had changed with the company, the stock continues to plunge.

The company is looking for a new market maker, but is having a difficult time finding one due to 11 million outstanding warrants.

The CEO owns about 26% of the company's shares.
